Ordering
Please allow a minimum of 24 hours notice on all orders. Last minute orders may be accepted, subject to availability. Prices are subject to change.

Payment and Account Policy
A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent of the total cost is required to secure the date for an event. An additional twenty-five percent is due thirty days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due and payable on receipt of the final invoice.

Corporate accounts are available
All accounts are due and payable within thirty days. Interest will be charged on all outstanding invoices beyond thirty days.

Thyme Savours accepts MasterCard, VISA, Discover, American Express and personal checks.

Service Staff
Our professional staff is attired in white shirts, black pants or skirts and a black apron.

All staff is paid a minimum of two hours. An eighteen percent gratuity is applied to the cost of the food and beverage at any function where we supply the staff.

  • Supervisor: $25.00 per hour
  • Servers: $20.00 per hour
  • On site chef: $22.00 per hour
  • Bartenders: $20.00 per hour

Delivery
There is no charge for delivery to catered functions with staff.

Delivery and pickup service in Elkhart Lake $5.00

Delivery and pick-up is available throughout the Sheboygan County area. Prices vary according to distance traveled and the time of day.

Set up for delivered orders $10.00 per half hour

Rentals
Our chafing dishes may be used for hot food items. A rental fee of $5.00 per chafer will apply.
